StartASAP

We built a company that helps mobile apps grow fast through high-performing creatives with fast execution and high standards.

Our clients? Voodoo, Emma, Retro, Dailymotion… and a lot more of ambitious apps that want to scale.

We're now looking for a UGC Engineer to help us keep up the pace and accelerate in 2026.

🎯 Your mission

You own the full creative-to-performance loop on UGC creatives: from concept to creator management to results.

1) Creative strategy

  • Design TikTok-native concepts including hooks, formats and scripts built to be tested and scaled

  • Run high-volume experiments (hook A/B, pacing, CTAs, duration) to find what drives performance

  • Spot trends early and adapt them into scalable concepts that feel organic, not forced

2) Creator management

  • Brief, coach and iterate with a roster of creators

  • Give clear, structured feedback that raises content quality

  • Build repeatable systems: turn what works into templates and playbooks

3) Performance & clients

  • Analyze campaign performance daily, identify what's working vs. what's not, adjust in real time

  • Document learnings and turn wins into reusable frameworks across clients

  • 4) Data Engineer

  • Build tools to analyse data of creatives

  • Automate content pipeline

Who we're looking for

We want someone who can own their projects, that are chronically online, performance-minded, and who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Must-have

  • Fluent in TikTok culture including formats, trends, hooks, unspoken platform norms

  • Strong communicator: you write authentic scripts, clear briefs and actionable feedback

  • Fast executor: you pick up a subject, it moves forward, without hand-holding

Big plus

  • Experience in UGC, creator management, media buying (TikTok Ads / Meta Ads), or mobile app growth

  • You've already posted your own content and analyzed performance
